Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides leadership in creating and driving
deployment of global social strategies that support client measurement
- Sparking creative ideation through thoughtful
insights based on industry & brand knowledge, social trends and
- Fosters a successful client relationship
resulting in long-term client relationships and organic growth.
- Collaborates with agency partners to drive
integrated creative strategies.
- Oversees all aspects of client business from
concept through execution and managing a team with attention to quality
- Accurate financial management of client
business from scoping to forecasting and budget reconciliation.
- Creates dependable, organized, and clear
communications at all levels and across all departments.
- Frames key issues facing the clients and
develops recommended approaches.
- Orchestrates partnerships with internal teams
to manage priorities, schedules, and deliverables.
- Develop team members by coaching, training and
identifying areas for growth.
- Support Senior Management in new business
opportunities and industry wide events
- Hires, retains, trains, coaches,
guides, directs, and develops direct reports using company-wide processes,
tools and resources
- May delegate work of others and
provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports
- Travel is an essential duty and
function of this job. Driving is not an essential duty or function of this

The following are the minimum
job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully
perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job
- (Required):Bachelor's Degree
- (Preferred): Master's Degreeorequivalent experience
Field of Study/Area of Experience:
Digital Marketing /Social Media
- 12+ Years of experience in Social
Knowledge and Abilities
- Top Digital agencies, content studios and/or
consumer brands working on strategy across all multiplatform consumer
touch points preferred.
- Deep expertise across all digital media
channels including display, search, social, mobile and programmatic with a
solid understanding of the role of ad operations and analytics is a must.
- Knowledge and understanding of the strategic
role of audience buying technologies and automation is critical.
- Experience and understanding of media
analytics and how to apply data to inform insights, test and optimize to
support media strategies.
- Ability to sell – the agency, media
strategies, your direction
- Strategic leader with clients. Must be
able to attract, grow and retain clients to want to work with the best
- Demonstrates agility in constructing
insightful, meaningful real-time dialogue with clients – about the work as
well as their business.
& Physical Requirements
Incumbent must be able to perform the
essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office
environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time
(66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a
computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
