Who are we looking
for?
We are very proud of our growing business and are currently
looking for a Field Sales Coordinator to join our team managing the Kingston
and surrounding region.
What will you do?
As a Field Sales Coordinator, you will be instrumental in
ensuring the delivery of all day to day business requirements while leading and
managing a team of Field Sales Representatives. You will be responsible for
driving customer awareness and acquisitions for one of Mosaic’s prestigious
clients.
Responsibilities
Include:
- On-boarding, training, development and on-going management
of an infield sales team including weekly infield visits
- Responsible for all scheduling of Field Sales
Representatives to operate within your assigned territory
- Coach and motivate your team to achieve targeted results by
providing feedback, coaching, and motivation to Field Sales Representatives;
building trust and respect among the team
- Execute and manage logistics at multiple events/activations
within your territory
- Deliver against program sales metrics and KPIs
- Maintain positive store/dealer relationships
- Work directly with the client team to complete weekly
reporting and analysis
- Proactively identify problems and develop solutions within
guidelines of the program
- Weekly and Monthly meetings with the Regional Sales Manager
to review results and forecasts
Qualifications
Candidate
Requirements:
- Self-motivated individual with a solid work ethic, and drive
to over achieve
- Completed University or College education
- 1-2 years of proven sales experience
- Previous experience managing, coaching and leading others –
sales
- training experience is considered an asset
- Ability to clearly and enthusiastically present information
and influence others
- Solid communication skills, comfortable presenting in front
of groups
- Strong multi-tasking and project management skills
- Extremely detailed-oriented and organized
- 40 hours (Monday-Friday) = 90% infield work
- A valid driver’s license is required with exclusive access
to a vehicle
- Proficient with MS Excel
