Working alongside Acosta, we are currently recruiting for a results oriented Retail Sales Representative to represent our client Dr.Oetker.

We are currently seeking a Retail Sale Representative in the frozen pizza and dessert categories for our client; Dr. Oetker. In this role, you will be responsible for the in-store execution of the weekly program priorities across the grocery and mass channels. These tasks include Merchandising, Promotions and Sales as well as maintaining the role as key contact for our client across all serviced stores in the Vancouverterritory.

Your excellent communication and sales skills are complemented by your enthusiasm and superior presentation abilities. Highly organized with excellent communication skills, you are a natural problem solver with a knack for sales and building strong relationships with clients.

Overview:

Primarily provides sales merchandising coverage and coverage of retail special projects for an assigned territory through in-store execution of Dr. Oetker’s priorities and objectives as set forth by Management to achieve superior in-store results in an assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute Weekly Priorities (Driving growth in Sales and Stocking all products in store)
  • Merchandising (Planograms, Resets, Fixture assembly, placing of POS material)
  • Focus on KPI’s as defined by management to drive sales growth:
  • 1. Increase # of skus & volume on display for Front Page ads
  • 2. Secure & build secondary displays
  • 3. Close distribution gaps – OOS, facings and voids
  • Review category growth and sales performance with retail associates
  • Communicating client information and sell-in promotions
  • Maintain strong relationships with store personnel as the Dr. Oetker representative

Qualifications:

  • Previous grocery retail experience and a passion for Sales and Merchandising
  • Persuasive communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent track record in building and sustaining relationships
  • Success in meeting performance goals with a burning desire to be the best
  • A Go-getter, willing to go the extra mile
  • General Computer Skills & access to a computer with high speed internet
  • Able to lift a minimum of 30lbs; stand, bend, and reach on a daily basis
  • Must be comfortable working in the freezer sections of grocery locations
  • Exclusive use of a vehicle
