Great post on turning around a difficult customer. Just remember that some are worth letting go or even calling the authorities. We live in a world where a lot of mentally unstable people roam free or are on mind altering drugs. These circumstances strategies fall on deaf ears and different set of decisions need to be made for the better of your retail operation and safety of your associates.
