The site was created as a solution to overcome the fragmented and time consuming process of finding a job within the CPG & Retail industry in Canada. The goal was to create a destination site for the industry where employers could easily connect with great talent, and professionals could like-wise connect with great employers and fellow industry peers.

Since launching, CPG Connect has become a destination site for industry members to connect, stay current, recruit talent, and find that next dream job.
